By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

The Services provided include curated vintage car rental experiences. VINTAGECARRENTALNYC.COM maintains all permits required to operate legally in each city in which it provides services.
Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. You must present an electronic or printed copy upon arrival. Failure to provide proof of booking and valid identification may result in forfeiture of the experience.
Full payment is required to confirm and secure your booking for our Classic Car Private Experience or rental services, including photoshoots, films, weddings, and other events. Bookings are not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full.
Sightseeing Tours – Eligibility
Children 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Route
Routes may be modified due to events beyond our control, including parades or city restrictions.
Vehicles & Safety
Seatbelts must be worn at all times. Animals are prohibited except for approved service animals.
Speakeasy Experience – Eligibility
Guests must be 21 years or older and comply with venue regulations.
Start times and locations are provided in advance but may be modified when necessary.
Prices include applicable taxes and may change without notice. Promotional offers may be withdrawn at any time.
Refunds are issued only if our Classic Car Private Experience or rental services cannot be provided due to circumstances within our control. All deposits and payments for classic car rentals, including those for photoshoots, films, weddings, or other events, are strictly non-refundable. If you need to reschedule due to weather, illness, or any other reason, no refunds or credits will be issued. Booking a new date will require a new, separate payment.
Guests are responsible for personal property. Liability is limited to the original purchase price.
Alcohol is prohibited unless expressly provided as part of the experience.
You consent to the use of your likeness in photography and marketing materials unless otherwise requested.
We reserve the right to deny service for unsafe or disruptive behavior.
All Services comply with applicable non-discrimination laws.
Approved service animals are accepted in accordance with applicable law.
Services are provided “as is” without warranties. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Users are responsible for their own equipment and security.
All content is the exclusive property of VINTAGECARRENTALNYC.COM and may not be used without permission.
External links are provided for convenience and are used at your own risk.
If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect.
These Terms may not be assigned by users but may be assigned by VINTAGECARRENTALNYC.COM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in New York, NY.
